is it the same lady who came by last summer on the twin coves side?

If you are asking about the night I think you are,(apricot ale) that was at least 2 years ago. She was very cool with us. She was flomo pd. Not park ranger.

Yeah, that was Flo mo PD chick, she was cool. And yes you can still park there for now, but they moved the gate up to the road, don't know when they close it. And looks like they will be charging to get in on Twin Coves side one day, probably a long time from now though.

Only downside there is being right next to the neighborhood. Any late night dipshittery would likely not be tolerated. Run-ins with ranger girl would be likely as well.
If you want to jack with ranger girl, enjoy a post-ride bottled root beer.

They are already charging $5, its all automated so there is no attendent. They also have a camera looking at the gate area.

This sucks, the MADD shelter really was a great spot, to bad to lose it. Someone tie up a boat at the marina.

Someone bring some rope and a chainsaw. We'll make us a "boat." If that's not dipshittery, I don't know what is.

I think this easily fixed. I know I can carry my small cooler and a lawn chair while riding. Why can't we just hang out somewhere on the trail?

We just get Rev to bring his kayak out and everyone else bring floaties & rope. We tie off to Rev and off we go on our 3 hour tour of Grapevine Lake.
