On Thursday nights, there's a dude with a trailer-mounted wood oven that parks outside of Times 10 Winery in the Funky. Makes unbelievable Eyetalian pies. The X10 Malbec is a perfect match for tomato, basil and garlic.

IOW: fuck some Thursday gravel.

Tuesday gravel, you bet.
