2-3 75+ outings. As for weekly mileage, I'm mostly a weekend warrior, getting in 75-90% of my mileage on Saturday and Sunday. Probably get 25-40 miles on a trainer per week, plus 30-60 on the weekends.

It'll hurt, but pull the trigger and find out. It'll hurt for sure.

120 it is

Lap 1 is 64 miles and 3400 feet of climbing
Lap 2 is only 63 miles and 3500 feet of climbing

1 pm will be the cutoff to go out on lap 2 based on an 830 am start time.

Thanks to Trinity Bicycles we'll be giving away one of these to a random preregistered rider/volunteer.

I should totally volunteer. Or ride.
Where there any other options?

If the drwg. Is before the race and I win, can I switch to the Ss class since I'll be racing that bike?!

Kevin, I don't know what's up with Ride With GPS, but none of the export links are working for me. They don't even redirect. I've used the site before and had no problems...

Did you already post the long and "fun" routes?

The short route has been posted but the second half of the long route won't be posted until week of the event.

Malone, don't know what to tell you about the export issues. I was able to export last night no problems. I also posted the bikroutetoaster and google maps versions on the Spinistry facebook page if you want to try those.

I exported the .tcx file no problem.

Just to be clear, this is the first half of the long route?

Kevin,
I need to move my reg from the long route to the short route please. I hope to be back in the saddle (trainer for now) this week. Feeling better... : )

Clean, I have a new respect for you... but I still think you push it too early. ](*,)

Ha, I'm in the rib healing process again. Been two weeks today. Would like to do the short route for RRR but don't think it's a good idea. How many weeks are you at now Charity?
