It's tough running a car/truck out front on those dirt roads and still be close enough to video worth a damn. You can follow the lead pack but that doesn't usually make for good video.

I've got a KLR250 (dual sport) you can borrow...

In.

Cool list of sponsors to thank:

Bluebonnet Bicycles
RainTree HealthCare
BikeRags
Paceline Products/Chamois Butt'r
RoadID

They will be setting the field up with some cool swag and goodies. Thank 'em when you can.

I'm in for this... using it for my 6.5 hour LSR training ride.

Kevin, given you know the terrain and difficulty of this course, and I haven't done it since the first year, which distance would you suggest I do to get the full 6.5 hours in I need? I'll be on the 29r.

Definitely the long route if you need 6.5 hours. This route shares quite a bit with the Midnight Massacre so you should be familiar with the terrain/difficulty.

Eeek... a bit intimidating. That will be my longest ride, miles wise, ever.

REGISTERED.

My BAD. I registered for the 120 miles of Red River Riot. Did I pick too much?

For the Massacre I only need 4 hours saddle time.

Only 2 weeks away! Registrations are coming in nicely except for SS and women's so we're going to bump the payout in those categories to 100%.

Why does confirmed riders list show to be 39? The groups listed dont add up to that.

Damn! Didn't have a number next to it, but there sure is a slough of them.

I'm kind of surprised by that but it's cool. It allows me to bump the payout for the racers.
