I bet if you tried you get at least 5 more fonts in there.

Ouch!

Thanks for the reminder. It needs the usac permit and logo.

Did you use JFL's legs for the dragon?

Someone needs to either put some pants on that monkey or draw some balls on him.

Cartoon crotch always makes me uncomfortable.

That one is completely stolen. I can't remember from where but I'm think Randall from one of the Clerks movies.

Registration is now open. 1/3 of entry fees go to the fastest time, 1/3 of entry fees go to random participant who completes the course. Might be a good opportunity for somebody. Strong roadie types are likely to be at Rouge Roubaix and/or Reveille Roubaix. We'll probably limit the field to 90 entries with 60 second spacing between riders. That will give us 90 minutes max start line time and $400-$500 purses.

Not sure which end of the route we will be starting from yet. There's an elementary school in Decatur that would work well but haven't heard back from the principal yet. If that doesn't work out we'll start where the pavement ends on FM 2449 outside of Ponder.

Looks pretty tempting and i hate TT's. there's also a road race in Celina on the same day so you may lose roadies to that oo.

It's meant to be a different kind of TT. 28ish miles out and back and almost all up and down. Just about zero flat mileage.

If this is the section that was in the first Chainring massacre, then you really should go with something higher volume. I did this on 32mm CX tires with my roady.
There's good sections of smooth dirt, but the gravel is still pretty big, and pinch flats are regular.

Normally I would say no but Russ Walker and Louise Smyth did the Massacre on 27s with no flats. Since it's a TT and money is up for grabs I expect road bikes to be in the field. This one is about half paved/half gravel. Half of the pavement is very smooth and half is extremely rough. There are pothole sections that might be tough to navigate at speed.

Definate gamble to use a road tire. Your gonna have some fast downhill speeds. Love this road!
