Yessir.

Shit.
What I meant to ask was does SS need an annual license to race Cat 1 or will a 1 day suffice?

Same as Big Cedar, man... You're good.

Explain?

Well, its an open class, so an annual license is not required.

Initially it was supposed to be Cat 1 SS, but ended up Cat 1 SS Open in registration. I can go back and change it once it's been announced, so there ya go. I checked the rules, and since it says Open, that's what it is.

Get familiar with the 8 mile loop.
The start will be in the field up top of the hill.

Nothing is closed off until the day before the race.. People like to tear down the tape.

Hugz!

PS: Learn how to read a map.

I assume you are finishing at the start and not at the trailhead parking lot?

so, is a one day license sufficient or do we need an annual? i don't see the answer in all the replies. i want to go off at 9 instead of 11 and get an extra 8 miles of riding in.

Yes.

It wasn't the original plan, but it has worked out that way.

6A13. Open class: All participants, regardless of license
category, can compete in an open class.
