And just so people know this is not seafood gumbo. It's chicken/sausage file' gumbo. Here's the ingredients in case someone needs to know. Don't want someone having to use an EpiPen.

bellpepper
onion
celery
chicken bouillon cubes
bay leafs
garlic powder
parsley
thyme
file`
Kitchen Bouquet
Tony’s
salt
white flour
vegetable oil
smoked / andouille sausage
chicken

Ok bitches (and bitchettes), I just finished making the gumbo and it's damn good. Give it 4 days to sit and it will be even better. Right now Tuesday is looking like some good weather and it will be nice and cool (45 - 55).

Here's how I figure the timing will go:
- Wheels on trail by 5:45 That gives enough time for at least one lap of the east side
- 7:00 I will start preparing the food for serving.
- 7:30 - 8:00 serve the food
- 8:00 and beyond the dipshitery commences

The theme of the night will be "r-less".

With the small chance of rain tonight I wanted to get a feeling if it does rain tonight, if will people be heading out there tomorrow for gumbo even if the trail is closed. I plan on being out there if the trail is closed but don't want to be the only one out there.
