I've mentioned this to a few of you but I figured I would post it to formalize it. With the night rides upon us and the cooler weather coming, I'd like to treat you to some file' gumbo. I'll bring out about 10 quarts of gumbo with rice but I would need some assistance on getting things like bowls, spoons, napkins, and something to warm it on at the trail head. If you are interested let me know and we can get it all planned out.

How about warming it on that campfire.

When: It's pretty open right now but can't be next week for sure. I would like it to be in Nov while the weather is still good. I'll post a couple of dates in the next day or so and see what works best for everyone.

Where: Whatever is easiest for the majority but want it to be after a ride and during the dipshitery. Northshore is fine with me but RCP might be better with that bigger gazebo. Again just trying to feel everyone out.

It's going happen one way or another. Whether it's just the usual group of people or a bigger gathering, I'm fine either way.

One thing I need to make sure to is that it doesn't conflict with the Thanksgiving party (if there is one this year). Does anyone know if there is going to be one?

Looks like the week of 11/14 - 11/20 will be the best time. How does 11/16 sound to everyone?
