Stupid religion...

IN! If I can follow some locals like the last time I did it 100 years ago. Need to get Tricky down here and I'm on his team.

They knew they would be extinct by then, and have no use for a calender.

Cranksgiving returns to Fort Worth November 20!

Years ago, we put on a Fort Worth edition of the Thanksgiving alleycat known worldwide as “Cranksgiving.” After a too-long hiatus, we’re bringing it back.

It’s pretty much like a normal alleycat, but the stops are grocery establishments and instead of signatures, riders purchase canned goods for donation to the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

The start will be at 3 p.m. November 20, here at the shop (207 S. Main St.) Come out and have a good time. There will be a few prizes for the top racers, but the real prize is the opportunity to spend a Saturday on your bike and helping a good cause.

Put in on your calendar, and stay tuned here for more details.

If you're not racing Palo Duro, this is good cause for the locals.

WTF? Did I take that, or Truman? Don't think the Trinity guy was with us at that point. Or is that photo from a different year than we did it? We were a TEAM! Mostly I just remember Solo trying to kick the door of the car that tried to squeeze us off the road out by the stock yards.

Hopefully in but no way I can do that without following a local unless the format is different.

I'm probably in. I am a local, ride with me and take your DQ like a man.

I didn't take that photo. Kev was with us, maybe he did.

Part of me really wishes that stockyards car had stopped when I asked them to. Mostly, I'm glad they didn't.
